Several nutty analyses have been presented by CSI showing that As-of-Right buildings are unprofitable. 

It has been said that analyses presented to the BSA are too complex to understand, and that special expertise is required.  This is only true because applicants deliberately obfuscate reality to prove what is true is false.  As examples,  CSI’s analysis of two building configurations are falsely claimed to either lose money or provide inadequate return. The pages below, understandable to anyone with a bank account, visually show the enormous profitability of those buildings, which can be built within existing zoning.
